Campaign Edit – 15 Day Rule Edit Campaign Generation Edit Change. • Current Campaign Generation Edit: • Tool finds the worst-case loan for the borrower. • Tool then applies the “15-Day Rule.” • If the borrower’s loans were loaded more than 15 days in the past, the borrower would not qualify for the campaign and would appear on the “Borrower Exclude List” as “Expired Loan Data.” • New Campaign Generation Edit: • Tool applies “15-Day Rule” only. • Borrowers no longer will appear on the “Borrower Exclude List” as “Expired Loan Data.”

Report Edits — New 35-Day Rule Edit Report Edit Change. • Current Report Edit: • Campaign Effectiveness and Communication Code Effectiveness Reports. • Tool reports “current status” by finding the worst-case status loan for the borrower. • New Report Edit: • Campaign Effectiveness and Communication Code Effectiveness Reports — Tool reports “current status” by finding the borrower’s worst-case status loan imported within the last 35 days. • Borrowers with no loan updates within the last 35 days will be counted as “No Longer Reported.”
