We will request….. • Alternate Placement Letters (Special Education FAQ’s) • Should be on file prior to the student’s alternate placement • Do not apply to Low Incidence Disabilities (Ed Code 44265.5) • Sample Letter
Misassignment Considerations • Teachers need to provide consent. • Nullified Performance Evaluations • (EC 55258.9 (5)(e)(2)) • The Commission enacting sanctions
