  2. Review 1.Ask the Ss host who role played ordering food in a restaurant in the previous EANLIC Night to redo it in the class. 2. Go through the common expressions used in a restaurant on p81

  3. Section A:Listening and Speaking Tasks before listening: 1. Please underline the discourse markers while reading the conversation on p87 2. Practice the conversation by reading it aloud and then changing the roles with your partner.

  10. Assignment for EANLIC Night • Ss host should work out a game of filling the missing words by using the verbs commonly used in cooking. • Ss host are assigned to search for more information of Traditional Chinese Cuisine and share the information with the classmates.
