Colour can be black, tan and white, or any mixture of these three. Tip of the tail is white. • Character: Friendly, easy going and alert. • Pet suitability: Not suitable to town life. Good with children, can be stubborn.
History of the Labrador breed • Size: Height 54-57cm, weight 25-34kg Lifespan: 12-14 years. • Identifying Features: Short coat, hard to the touch, usually in shades of yellow, black or chocolate. • Character: Good tempered and keen to please. • Pet Suitability: Very popular pet. Reliable, adjustable and easy to train. Good with children and other pets. Loves water. Needs lots of exercise.
