Objektif Kursus Pada akhir kursus ini, pelajar dapat: • Memahami konsep-konsep dalam komunikasi kumpulan kecil, • Memahami prinsip-prinsip komunikasi kumpulan kecil, • Mengaplikasi teori-teori komunikasi kumpulan kecil, dan • Berinteraksi secara berkesan dengan individu-individu dalam kumpulan kecil

Kandungan Kursus • Konsep dan prinsip komunikasi kumpulan kecil • Proses dan faktor pembentukan kumpulan yang kukuh dan cemerlang • Iklim kumpulan dan faktornya • Komunikasi bukan lisan • Kaedah pembuatan keputusan dan penyelesaian masalah dalam kumpulan • Pengurusan konflik dalam kumpulan • Kepemimpinan dan kepengikutan

  5. Penilaian Kursus • Tugasan 1(Kumpulan): 20% • Tugasan 2 (kumpulan): 20% • Ujian: 30% • Peperiksaan Akhir Semester: 30% • Jumlah: 100%
