3. Differences with 8.9 Check Creation
Uses PS delivered tables for better integration to Self Service
New Paycheck Creation Error pages
Two ‘phases’ of process
Check Creation JOB – job data match (CSULCD15.SQR), before checks are created (CSULCD20.SQR)
Check Finalization JOB – completes paycheck creation based on error corrections (CSULCD20.SQR), then runs Update YTD Balances (CSULCD30.SQR)
Views are delivered that provide totals (for query/report purposes)
4. Differences with 8.9 Account Code Table becomes the Combination Code Table
Main key to record is now FDM_HASH
TL lookups still refer to Account Code Table
Account Code Table has no effdt or setid

Synchs up Combo Code and Acct Code table
SQL does not perform HASH function
CMS delivers FY Rollover process
5. Differences with 8.9 PS Delivered Department Budget Table has a new required field called SUSPENSE COMBO CODE
Must enter value or cannot save record
Field not used by custom LCD processes
PS delivers process to update this field en masse by FY
Cannot be a GL Account value that actual expenses will post to
Establish value called ‘SUSPENSE’ using delivered page for Combo Code Table
6. Differences with 8.9 CSU Labor Distribution Reporting Table
Removed nVision fields from table
Pending addition of a few fields as ‘phase two’ upgrade development (tbd)
