Remember to include the following: All Dates/Terms/Weeks All Stages– Both Folio and Project – Be Detailed Key – To indicate the differences Use Excel to build this plan and ensure it is well formatted – eg. colour, texts, fonts Evaluation – Comparing the differences in time – Should be a small paragraph
Finance Plan The Idea of a Finance plan is to estimate how much it will cost to build the project based upon materials and labour fees. Remember to include the following: Materials to purchase Estimated Price to Actual Price (Remember to keep all receipts, file in appendix and link to appendix section Amount – Metres, Units, Hours Use Excel to build this plan and ensure it is well formatted – eg. colour, texts, fonts Evaluation - Discuss the estimated costs to the real cost, and whether the final costs were above or under budget
Cutting List The idea of a cutting list is to use the final plans of the intended project and develop a list of timber that needs to be cut to size in order to produce the final product. Remember to include the following: The Part Nameeg. Leg Exact Lengths, Widths and Depths The Amountof each needed eg. Legs – 4x The Timber Type to be used eg. Radiata Pine Totals of all amounts and Order Summary Remember certain joints will require excess timber so take that into account
