IELA hold their first exhibition in September of that year. • Appointed Donard parish Wicklow • Kilquade parish • 1952 Wicklow town parish • 1957 ChurchtownMay: Audience with Pope Pius XII for whom he had designed vestments as a gift from the Irish Government. • 1963 His mother dies • He retires from ministry 2nd January • lives in Sandycove. 1968 Dies 12 August, aged 55.
