What is Stress? • Stress is a normal reaction to certain situations or events in your life.

Positive Stress • Positive stress can motivate you to do your best • Stress can also make you more alertand improve your concentration
Negative Stress • The negative physical effects of stress include: - nervous habits - problems sleeping - problems eating
