  4. E-Mails • Check e-mails CONSISTENTLY • Often the ONLY source of certain information • Will probably receive emails from the Secretaries

  5. Hours • Goal: 25 Recorded Hours of Service per Person • How? Serve, then go to website and submit hours. • Maximum of 5 outside hours • TURN IN HOURS ONLINE

  6. Policy on SIGN-Ups • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE • Notify board member in charge • Be aware for what you are signing up • Gather information actively • Know date, time and location

  7. Busy Bags for Children’s Hospital • Due TODAY! • 1 Bag = 2 Hours • Bag Contents • Coloring Books (with crayons or colored pencils) • Toys • Simple entertainment • IN A NICE BAG • Board Member: Matthias Heinz

  8. Yard work Service • Help elderly family with yard work • Sign up to be part of group • Group is called when help is needed • Need 15 members • Board Member: Natalie Hagy

  9. RoCk ‘N’ Bowl REMINDER: • February 4th @ Columbus Square Bowling Plaza (161 Cleveland Ave) • Raising Money for the Special Olympics • Each team member should raise $50 • Board Member: Matthias Heinz

  10. Parent Teacher Conferences REMINDER: • February 15th, at Hilliard Davidson • Sign up for a shift • Shift 1: 3-5pm (4 volunteers needed) • Shift 2: 6-7pm (2 volunteers needed) • Board Member: Matthias Heinz

Board Elections • February 13th • Run for no more than 2 positions • Attend two of the four board meetings before elections (Jan 2nd, 16th, 30th, Feb 6th) • Submit one powerpoint slide containing Name, Picture, Other Involvements, and a 25 word personal message (perhaps relating to your plan for Key Club) • These slides will be standardized by Webmaster Mubasil Shamim, so basic formatting is recommended. • NO NEGATIVE CAMPAIGNING WILL BE TOLERATED! • Board Member: Matthias Heinz

  12. Pennies for Patients • Week of February 27th – January 2nd • In the morning, 7:15 am • Bring in breakfast food for fundraising • Sign up to bring in food or man the cart and sell the food • Board Member: Dennis Tran, Izzy Dawes, Kush Patel

  15. Volunteer Opportunity CLEAN-UP LIBRARY! Today: • Attend Nabeel’s workshop on public interactions in Room 202 (STRONGLY ENCOURAGED FOR ASPIRING BOARD MEMBERS) Otherwise: • See Natalie and Grace in Room 221 to make name-tags for Special Needs Prom • Get Anthony Thomas Candy Bars in Room 221 as well
