  4. Compensation Survey • A compilation of salaries reported from participating organizations • May be specific to a sector, industry, function and/or geographic area • Conducted by a third-party to ensure privacy

  5. Why Participate in a Compensation Survey?

Participation • Essential to develop a collective pool of relevant data • Determine external value of positions • Good stewardship • Fair and equitable • Defensible • Attract and retain key employees • Receive results at discounted price of $395 • Data kept strictly confidential by third-party

  7. What is Unique about the MegaChurch Survey?

MegaChurch Survey • Developed to meet the needs of large and growing churches • Includes positions not available in other church or not-for-profit compensation surveys • Data reported by church size and location, where sufficient samples allow • Cost to participants is much lower than typical compensation surveys

  9. How will the MegaChurch Survey data be reported?

  10. Report Format • Data reported in aggregate, when sufficient sample sizes exist • Denomination (including nondenominational) • Geographic location • Annual operating budget • Number of employees • Number of parishioners

  13. How is Privacy Ensured?

Privacy • All data will be kept strictly confidential • U.S. Department of Justice Safe Harbor Guidelines • Conducted by a third-party • Reported in aggregate • Minimum of 5 organizations • Individual church data will not be reported • Personal employee information is not collected (i.e., name, social security number) • Participants have the option to exclude their name from the survey participant list
