Phase 2a Update • Phase 2a allows Mailers to request MTE directly from Postal plants through MTEOR • It was piloted on October 7, 2013 at three Postal plants: • Mailers who currently request MTE from these plants are able to participate in the pilot • As of October 28th, over 130 requests have been made through MTEOR, with Santa Ana leading by over 70 requests! • The MTEOR Feedback Survey has been sent out to Mailers who have placed requests and posted to the MTEOR RIBBS page.   4. MTEOR Enhancements • We identified level of efforts (LOE) for the MTEOR enhancements discussed during previous meetings

  5. Inventory Reports • The new, rolled-up inventory report will provide the home offices visibility into the amount of MTE at each facility and the Mailers who are not compliant with the weekly inventory reporting requirement • These reports will display the following information: The reports will be grouped by home office to ensure you are only able to see inventory data from your respective companies
