  3. Write up. Type or Handwrite • Imagine you are one of the people in the painting waiting by the quayside on the west African coast. Your task is to write a letter to a friend about your experience using the image. You must answer the following questions when writing your letter • What is your part in the slave trade? Why are you there? • In a paragraph, describe what you can see around you? How do you feel about the trade that is taking place. • The next slide shows you all the senses- you could use this side as a way of planning your work.
