How do I access • Navigate to http://staffstest.blackboard.com • You should see your login in front of you • Log in using the Username & Password • This should take you into a test account • You can find the minimum access requirements for Blackboard 9.1. at http://kb.blackboard.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=51414180
