About the following data • DW monitors inlets and outlets of Dillon Res. 8 times/year. • 4 events in high-flow season (May-Aug.) • 4 events in low-flow season (Sept.-April) • DW has followed this monitoring design for over a decade. • Samples from all events are tested for both “dissolved” (filtered) and “total” (acid digested) metals. • All metals tests are for the same suite of 27 trace and “major” elements, including molybdenum. • In general for Dillon Res. area monitoring, Mo in the dissolved fraction is nearly identical to the total fraction, indicating most Mo from this monitoring is “soluble”. Dissolved Mo shown here.
