Capacity Accessing the wide range of school contexts that the CLF Academies and partner schools represent Publishing on line our action research projects to build knowledge about school leadership for the system Building the capacity of outstanding school leadership across the South West as Alumni move into headship roles The CLF will build & maintain capacity by: Expanding & Building upon our current delivery structures Utilising our access to a wide range of Principals, Senior Leaders and SLE Targeting under represented groups in the South West
Credibility The CLF will show its school based credibility as a Licensee as a result ofusing the experiences of: David Carter, Executive principal of 10 academies 2012 NLE and Programme Director of the National Remodelling Team Claire Carter as a former Operational Director of the SSAT UWE as an outstanding provider of teacher training SELT reputation and experiences of MLDP and NPQH
Credibility The CLF will show its school based credibility to deliver the modular curriculum as a result of: Building our delivery around outstanding leaders, facilitators and coaches Delivering modules that are personalised for delegate need Being willing to offer “taster” experiences to potential delegates Enabling vertical learning to take place across the modular curriculum Basing its delivery across our range of schools enabling delegates to access learning from the type of school that interests them the most By adding “immersion” days across the CLF to facilitate real school experience as part of the programme
Capability The CLF will demonstrate its capability to deliver the modular curriculum by: Using our relationships across the 7 South West LA where we have Academies or where we currently deliver leadership training Delivering high quality on line learning opportunities delivered through our Virtual Teaching School Ensuring the capacity we have built across the federation since 2007 does not place additional strain on our school partners

National College content with CLF “flavour” emphasising urban, academies, federation based 4 to 19 leadership Training and Support for delegate’s line managers Twilights and Delivery Days where delegates can choose the school and Principal they want to learn from Coaching support and training for aspiring coaches School Action based written assignments with feedback CLF Immersion Days “Swap” days with other licensee groups Alumni membership of the CLF Teaching School Access to the CLF Summer School
