What is this framework all about? Reid’s Quadrants framework forms part of a trilogy of ‘lenses’ or ways of understanding the range of factors of our Continuing Professional Development as teachers (Bell & Gilbert and Kennedy’s). This framework analyses teacher learning opportunities or ‘sphere of action’ in which our professional learning takes place.
