Responsibilities Girls and boys back then were taught that work was good for them and not working was a sin. Every morning, they got up early to help their families with work. Boys and girls had the same amount of responsibilities, though they are different.
Girls Responsibilities Girls were known to sew and cook for their families. They did a variety of things like cooking, feeding the farm animals, and sewing. After a long day of work they were finally aloud to dance and play.
Boys Responsibilities They helped their fathers and were often tailors. They would hunt with their fathers as well. They were basically mini-men back then. The Blacksmiths made horseshoes.
Kids Jobs Today Today boys and girls don’t necessarily do any work-other then homework. Today they do not do the things that they usually did years and years ago.
