  5. EXPANDER #3: How many times a week do you pray for the new members of last year?

  6. EXPANDER #4: How do you rate our church in assimilation? 1 = Total Failure 10 = Total Success

  7. EXPANDER #5: How do you rate your SS class in assimilation? 1 = Total Failure 10 = Total Success

  8. TODAY’S: • Goal – Learn how to assimilate new and prospective members • Process – Work as a team to develop a team solution.

  9. THREE DOORS IN A CHURCH: • Front door – enter our worship service. • Side door – enter through small group events • Back door – exit strategy!
