  5. Manager’s Next Steps • Log in to Site Manager; when prompted, change your password to match your My Time password; this password will be synched to be the same for the Core. • Enter each teammate’s Fixed Shifts.

  6. Prepare Teammates • Inform teammates about TeammateTime. • Teach them how to use the new clock. • Print the DC Clock Job Aid and post it by the clocks. • Print Teammate Quick Tips and make them available near computers.

They will log a ticket and either resolve the issue or escalate. • Access to sandbox and directed scripts. • A weekly Q & A session Wednesdays at 1:00pm EST. • To begin Wednesday 2/29. • Other – • Store training every Tuesday at 2:00pm EST until the end of March. • Directed to store procedures which are slightly different from DC procedures but still gives a good overview of TmT.
