  3. You are in the right place at the right time!!! Our goal is to do 3 things. 1.My team and I will help you achieve your first goal of getting 3 reps 2. And then 9 more reps 3. And finally Regional Manager Because the object here is to make money!!!

  4. Bundle Packs and 5 more points These Bundle Packs are used to get you started and qualified. They can be changed or even cancelled. Getting another 5 points is easier than you think. Double points on cell phone, N2U and Dish Network are offered frequently

  5. We all start at the beginning

  6. Manager Residual Rates of pay!!! Managers Rate of pay with customer points at 1% • Manager with 5 customer points at 1% • At 100.00 a month residual is $1.00 • 12 Managers with 5 customer points equals $12.00 monthly • 12 Manager with 10 customer points equals $24.00 monthly

  7. Regional Manager Rates of pay!!! As a Regional Manager • 30 Managers with 5 points equals $90.00 a month residual • 30 Managers with 10 points equals $180.00 a month residual • 100 Managers with 5 points equals $300.00 a month residual • 100 Managers with 10 points equals $600.00 a month residual • This doesn’t even include the sign-up bonus • NOW money of $100.00 per sign –up • After 16 reps join your team in any calendar month • your bonus is $200 per rep • Minimum pay is $1500.00 and Maximum is $3200.00 a month

  8. Double Bonus • When you double bonus month your residual bonus doubles too… • From 1.5 % to 3% and 5.5% to 11% on your 8th Level • Minimum pay is $1600.00 • Maximum is $3200.00 a month

  9. You do 2 things… • Gather some loyal customers • Show the business DVD If you need help, call your Regional Manager Or Look it up at www.KCMOTEAM.info

  10. You will receive an email After you join You will get your Back Office Information Login and Password Login and get familiar with you Back Office

  11. How do I sign someone up? On FHTM University there are applications you can download and copy for free. Or just go to the download tab on the team page and you will find the files you need there. Or just call your Regional Manager and have them emailed to you. There is also a blog on www.KCMOTEAM.info that shows you how to sign someone up.

  12. What do I do first? Take a couple of days to look around and get used to how everything works. Make a list of people you think will be loyal customers and new reps on your team. Start with 25 names Show the DVD and put the application out there in front of them.

  13. Make A Plan Without a plan of action you will fail. Just like a football game, you must have an offensive and defensive strategy. Plan ahead and make some goals. Get to the next level.

  14. What if I have trouble? Call your sponsor or Regional Manager or Executive Manager Any one of these will help you with closing calls and answering questions.

  15. Did you know? There are less than 500,000 people in this business right now. And this business is only available right now in 4 countries. USA, Canada, Puerto Rico and United Kingdom

  16. Did you know? There aren’t even 5 Executive Managers in Kansas City right now. So there is a lot of people that don’t know about this opportunity. That is good for you…

  19. Did you know? If you double bonus 4 months in a row the company will send you on a vacation for two, all expenses paid on top of what they are paying you…. Most Executive Managers take a vacation every 4 months on the company (FHTM)

  20. Did you know? If you qualify as an Executive Manager for the Lexus Program FHTM will fly you to Lexington, Kentucky and take you to the dealership. Set you up with a brand new car lease and make the payments for you. The lease plan is usually 3 years long.

  21. Did you know? This company needs skilled leaders right now. So that when the business is taken over to China and Europe there will be enough leaders to help them. Once again, that is good for you. Because you will already be in position.
