Foothill College & Space Science CenterNew Chilled Water Loop • Central Plant is designed to serve 484,000 square feet & 57 buildings • The Central Plant will include: • R-22 rotary screw chiller, 0.65 kW/ton, 170 tons • R-123 variable speed centrifugal chiller, 0.55kW/ton, 350 tons • Variable speed secondary chilled water pumping • Chilled water loop piping • PVC, Direct Buried and in Tunnels
