Scenario #3 Elise has been falling asleep in her afternoon math class and subsequently is struggling to pass. She feels like she has no energy at the end of the school day. She usually eats a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on white bread and a bag of Skittles for lunch. Help her make some better choices!

Scenario #6 Jimmy loves munching on candy between classes because it is sweet and delicious; however, he tends to get kicked out of class during the first part of lecture because the sugar makes him hyperactive. Help Jimmy pick something to snack on that is still sweet, but wont give him a sugar ‘high.’
