Adjectives Out of OrderBrush Strokes • An adjective (describing word) USUALLY comes before a noun. • An ADJECTIVE OUT OF ORDER is one that comes AFTER the noun. • Use ADJECTIVES OUT OF ORDER (set off by commas) to add descriptive details to sentences.
