  1. How to access and navigate the Infinite Campus Portal This presentation is a demonstration of the Infinite Campus Portalwith a snapshot of each screen. For a description of the details of each part of the portal, please go to the “Navigating the Parent Portal” document located on the Campus Portal Help page. To move from slide to slide, left click on your mouse.

  2. Click on Parents

  3. Click on Parent Portal

  4. Click on the [Green] Parent Portal Acceptable Use Policy button.

  5. Read ALL Terms and click I agree

  6. You are rerouted to the Parent Portal Page. The [Green] Parent Portal Acceptable Use Policy is gone. Click on the [Blue] “See my student’s profile” button.

  7. Log in on this screen if you have a username and password, if not, select click here and follow process to create your username and password with your Campus Portal Activation Key OR Enter Portal Activation Key or Log On

  8. Family Demographic Information

  9. (Family) Calendar This shows attendance for your students and a schedule of assignments (Only if the student’s teachers use the Infinite Campus Gradebook.)

  10. (Family) To Do List This ONLY shows assignments for students whose teachers use the Infinite Campus GradeBook. Red = Overdue.

  11. Ginger Lemongrass 10 Schools can post notices here that they wish to share with Parents and Students such as special school events or Parent Teacher Conferences.

  20. Reports There are currently two viewable reports that display in PDF format: Student Schedule and Missing Assignments.

  21. View Access Log

  22. Change Account Info Passwords are case-sensitive and must contain a symbol such as !@#$ OR a number and be at least 8 characters in length.

  23. Change Contact Info Has your email address changed? Update it here so JCPS will have your up-to-date email address..
