Sweet and Sour Chicken 4 1 2 3 Using a red board, chop the chicken Chop the onion finely Roughly chop half a pepper Dice or slice 1cm ginger, grate one clove of garlic 7 8 6 5 Add 1 tsp oil to pan on medium heat Soften the onion, ginger and garlic Add chicken, cook until sealed Add the peppers 9 11 12 10 Drain pineapple juice and add another 200ml water, add to pan Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until sauce thickens Add 4 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar and pineapple pieces Boil 500ml water, add 150g rice, boil until cooked
