Sweet and sour meatballs Tips: Measure over your tray. Pack the brown sugar. Cut butter on a cutting board. COVER BAKING SHEET WITH ALUMINUM FOIL. Write the recipe while your food is cooking. I will go over the ppt on rice and put lab assignments back up when you are cooking: PERSON 1 Sauce, dry dishes PERSON 2 Meatballs, wash counters and wipe off your table PERSON 3 Rice, sweep floor and under your table PERSON 4 Head cook. Make sure everyone follows directions and you get your meatballs in the oven on time. Wash all dishes and cookie sheet. Do NOT scrape food into the sink. If you do, make sure you wipe any food out with a paper towel before you leave.
Meatball Ingredients 1/2 lb ground beef 1/3 c rolled oats 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/4 c chopped onion 1/4 c milk 1/2 tsp salt Dash pepper 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients for meatballs, make 1 inch meatballs and put onto foil covered cookie sheet
Sauce Ingredients 1/2 c brown sugar 1/4 c vinegar 1 tsp mustard 1/4 c barbeque sauce 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce Directions: Cover meatballs with sauce. Make sure there is foil on the pan. Bake for 25 minutes, 165 degrees internal temperature and the center of the meatballs are no longer pink
Jasmine Rice To make 4 servings you need 2 cups of water ½ t salt 2 tbsp butter 1 cup rice Add rice to cold water with salt and butter. Bring to a boil. Cover tightly and cook on low heat 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork before serving.
When you are done • PERSON 1 dry dishes • PERSON 2 wash counters and wipe off your table • PERSON 3 sweep floor and under your table • PERSON 4 dishes • Wash all dishes and cookie sheet if necessary. • Do NOT scrape food into the sink.
