Common problems with draft applications • COVER LETTER • Cover letter provides a short summary of the application • Identify the purpose of the construction permit • Identify the equipment to be permitted (new equipment, replacement equipment…..) • Identify PTEs • Identify proposed/restricted emissions (hrs of operations, fuel usage, annual throughput….) • New equipment added to the existing process: Identify and compare the existing PTEs and the new PTEs (increase or decrease emissions) • Identify if the application contains confidential information (follow procedure)
