  3. ¿QUE ENSEÑANZA TE PUEDE DEJAR LA PRACTICA DEL DEPORTE ELEGIDO? • Puede ayudar a tener un mejor equilibrio, y estabilidad . • Ayuda a mantener el equilibrio estando mareado. • A tener una buena postura.
