  2. Period 2 years, with an option to renew for a further one year. Option is a discretion of ICASA, not a must.

  3. Purpose of the bid • Appoint a service provider who will render cleaning services

  4. Area to be cleaned - 4 office blocks with 10 office floors in total (combined). - Blocks to be cleaned are A, B, C and D - 10 000 square meters to be cleaned - 4 basement parking combined.

  5. Number of cleaners 12 in total inclusive of a supervisor: Block A – 3 Block B – 3 Block C – 3 Block D - 3

  6. Compliance • Comply with OHS • Government labour regulations • Cleaning industry certification • Staff training

  7. Cost of consumables • Service provider to provide: • Cleaning consumables • Chemicals • Detergents • Disinfectants

  8. Cost of consumables applicable to ICASA • Toilet paper • Electricity • Water, any cleaning material to be provided for by the service provider

  9. Each cleaner to have • Long/short dusters • Broom • Mops • Scrubbing brushes • Buckets • Furniture polish • Multipurpose cleaner • Toilet cleaner (brush) • Cloth dusters • Scourers • Dust pans • Plastic bags for waste collection • Wet floor warning sign boards, where necessary

  10. Uniform • Each cleaner to wear uniform with a name tag all the time
