What to have ready • SENCO file – Should explain who gets what and when ….. • File should be self explanatory • So what difference? – What progress from where? to where? – levels/reading ages? • What impact have you made? Effective? • Interventions that you use – how effective? Do they work? Show ! Case studies ready!
