Application Form Process • All applications copied • Administrator role • Predicted grades added • Form checked and sent back to student for amendments if necessary • Sends form to referee for final checking • Overview of movement of all applications process • Non UCAS students • Final Referees • 2 SLT, Director and Deputy Director of 6th Form • Students allocated by subject • Send off once happy with final version
Use of Adviser Track & Reports • Monitor progress of decisions, keep tutors and referees informed • Used to chase and support students as necessary • Used for creating master list for results day • Use for monitoring performance year on year
