1. VACANCY AREA STAFF OFFICER (Bands) as guided by HQSO The Area Officer is looking to appoint a new Area Staff Officer (Bands). Area Staff Officer (Bands) ASO (Bands) is appointed to encourage, support, develop and deliver Musical Training within Eastern Area and as appropriate to support national training. The role(not exhaustive). To advise the Area Officer in all matters regarding music within the Area.  To plan, co-ordinate, supervise, monitor and develop music in the Area.  To conduct musical training courses as directed by the Area Officer.  To ensure that musical training throughout the Area is carried out in accordance with current syllabus and procedures by qualified personnel.  Toadvise the Area Officer on theappointment of qualified Music Examiners.  To advise District Officers on District Music Courses.  To advise District Officers on instruction and assessment of music in Units. To be a qualified Bandmaster. If you believe you have that level of skill and experience for the role then we want to hear from you.
