OBJECTIVE OF THE RFI The State is interested in soliciting information from qualified vendors capable of providing electronic book collections, electronic online database content, and hard copy book collections. The State is requesting information to formalize the scope of work for a potential RFP. This RFI aims to determine the best value solution which includes the broadest mix of information while ensuring stable access to content, long-term sustainability, and mechanisms for expansion. The State anticipates establishing a statewide consortium-like contract(s) for access by public libraries, academic libraries, and school libraries. INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION
