  4. What is NAF? Advisory Board Curriculum and Instruction Work-Based Learning Academy Development

  5. How does this affect me? I have to think about work based learning too?! Advisory Boards? What’s that? What about the curriculum I have to teach? I have to collaborate with my colleagues on an interdisciplinary project?! I have to tell my students they are part of NAF too?! How am I supposed to do all of this?!

  11. How can our advisory board help me? Resources include (but are not limited to): • Classroom participation (including presentations, coaching, judging competitions, etc.) • Mentoring, job shadowing • Funding (scholarships, field trips, etc.) • Professional development for educators • Teacher externships • Assistance with student and faculty recruitment • Advocacy
