  3. Cas 4 Mme ADM • Mammotome sous stéréotaxie foyer externe SG: Lames 4A • Foyer interne SG : non réalisable, cervicalgie+++

  4. Cas 4 Résultats Pré-op • Mammotome foyer calcifications externe SG :sous stéréotaxie : DCIS Grade I Van Nuys strictement associé aux calcifications. Pas de tumeur invasive décelable. Classe B5 selon EGBP • Avis multidisciplinaire CSG : mammectomie conseillée
