WebPLUS Changes • Data Element Definition Changes • 450 Print Materials • Report only ‘books in print’ (exclude ‘serial backfiles in print’) • 454 Video – Physical Units • The example of ‘items packaged together as a unit’ was changed from (e.g. two audiocassettes for one recorded book) to (e.g. two DVDs for one movie) • 651 Number of Uses (Sessions) of Public Internet Computers Per Year • ‘Users’ was changed to ‘Uses (Sessions)’

  3. WebPLUS Changes • Import file specification • Administrative Entity, Outlet, & Annotation files • No changes • Edit changes • Updated edit bound parameters • Audio/Video – CY to PY • Hours/Weeks Open – CY to PY

  4. WebPLUS Changes • Electronic State Librarian Certification • After the survey is locked, an email message will be sent to the State Librarian instructing them to electronically certify the accuracy of the data submission.

  5. WebPLUS Planned Changes • Annotations File Import • Option to import annotations file in Excel • File Export • Option to create a file to re-import • Run Tables • Tables would run whenever edit report runs
