  7. Old Rules • No extension of funds beyond April 30, 2014

  8. New Rules • For the RML: SE/A can underspend by only $10,000 each contract year • For Awardees: Failure to spend funds and alert SE/A by February 2013 can result in a downgrading of future fundability • For RML and Awardees: No NLM funds may be spent on promotional items

  9. Deadlines and Other Info • Intent to apply for $50,000 Outreach to Health Professionals award (with synopsis) due March 25th • Application for all other awards (except EFTS, Training, & Exhibit) due March 25th • Awards will be determined after due date. • If more funds come from NLM, awards will be pulled from those who applied by March 25th and not funded in the first round • Projects run to April 30, 2014 or before
