  1. Behavioral Health Integration Stakeholder Kick-off Meeting Thank you for joining this live online broadcast of the Behavioral Health Integration Stakeholder Kick-off Meeting. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. and will conclude at 4:00 p.m. All attendees of the webinar will be in listen-only mode for the duration of the broadcast. Please submit questions using the Questions box on the side of your screen. We will address as many questions as possible during the Stakeholder Comment session, toward the end of the meeting. Chronic Health Homes: Current Status • Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Mobile Treatment, and Opioid Maintenance Therapy Programs will serve as Health Homes, providing supplemental care coordination and management services to individuals with SPMI, SED and opioid substance use disorders • State Plan Amendment under review with CMS • Regulations drafted • Extensive provider manual in-progress

  10. Chronic Health Homes: Next Steps • Regulations will soon be available for comment • Upcoming provider training in July, followed by additional webinars • Provider enrollment and recipient pre-enrollment prior to implementation • Pending CMS approval, implementation date of October 1
