EXPERIENCES • foreign approach to planning, organizing, issuing orders and execution • communication in English • improvement in military English • getting to know the structure of Austrian mechanized troops (up to company level) • practising of issuing the orders -> self confidence • making and presenting the sand tables

  13. Contentofcourse • 2 weeks (1 in Czech Republic, 1 in Slovenia) • tactical excercises, sport activities, competitions, hiking, climbing, commanding units (platoon, squad), radio procedure, sand tables, issuing orders, conyoning, shooting.

  14. EXPERIENCES • abroad approach to planning, organizing, issuing orders and execution • communication in English • improvement in military English • practising of issuing the orders -> self confidence • getting to know Slovenian weapons

CONCLUSION • improvement of cadet‘s professional personality • knowledge, leadership skills (C2, communication, etc.) • self confidence • extension cadet´s view • necessity of cooperation with other countries • implementation of gained knowledge into training of own units NEED FOR EUROPEANIZATION!
