  2. Did you know? The USDA recommends the average college-aged person needs two and a half to three cups of vegetables per day. Invite a vegetable to your plate today!

  3. Do you have special dietary needs? Please talk to the chef or dining hall manager, we are happy to help find what you need!

  4. Want to make healthier eating choices?  Enjoy your tasty burger from the grill, but choose a side salad or vegetables instead of french fries.

  7. Satisfy your sweet tooth!  The key to eating healthy isn’t to eliminate all sweets, but to remember that even a small dessert or a piece of fresh fruit can satisfy your cravings for a sweet end to your meal.
