SDU Purchasing Policy Enforcement • Increased focus on our compliance with the SDU purchasing policy. • Violation of SKI contracts result in substantial fines (25.000kr per incident – new control directive). • We are in the process of analysing our own purchasing behaviour. • We will seek an acceptance form the SDU purchasing office of an interpretation of the rules that is as flexible as possible. Status on network and WLAN, NBA1 • Meeting between TEK-IT and IT-Service, May 19. 2010. • Result: • The parties agreed that there are major network problems at TEK NBA1. • The responsibility lie solely with IT-service. • IT-service and TEK-IT are committed to the task of finding the solution to the problem. • IT-service has allocated resources. • TEK-IT and ITS have agreed on an action plan.

Virkning af ”genopretningsplan” • Administrative besparelser: 125 mio. kr. 2012 og 250 mio. kr. i 2013 • ½% på ministeriernes rammer Ca. 8 mio. kr. på SDU • Forskningsbevillingen • Reservepulje – 0,2 og 1,8 mia. i 2012 og -13 udmøntes ej • Udløb af pulje til løft af laboratoriekvalitet • Konklusion: ”Kun” administrative besparelser mærkes
