Organization/program capabilities Knowledge, skills, attitudes, and practices Current and anticipated health issues Yourself and Your Team Organization (including facilities) National health care priorities Clients/Community Policies, legislation, political will, and cultural practices Country/National Program Socio-Political and Economic Environment Types of stakeholders

  4. Recognizing your sphere of influence Circles of control and influence • Inner circle – what we have direct control over • Middle circle – what we can influence • Outer circle – what we have no influence over

  5. Stakeholder Interests and Concerns Who are our stakeholders? Why do we need to understand our stakeholders interests and concerns? How can we find out about our stakeholders’ concerns and interests? How can we get their support?
