Rural Commercial Volusia County Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Element OBJECTIVE: 1.3.1 Volusia County shall provide for adequate and appropriate lands for the location of all land use types (residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, recreational, conservation and public facility) to support the anticipated population and maximize compatibility with existing uses.
