  4. How long do violations stay on the driving record? • Moving violations for three years from conviction date • Points two years from conviction date

  5. 10 Years Serious convictions • Administrative Per Se (14-227b) • DUI (14-227a) • Operating under suspension (14-215) • Evading responsibility (14-224) • Manslaughter (53a-56b)

  6. 3 Years • All other suspensions purge after three years provided the operator’s license and/or privilege is restored

  7. Indefinite Open suspensions do not purge until license is restored

  8. Operator Retraining Program • Operator 24 and under convicted of two moving violations is required to attend • Operator 25 and over convicted of a third moving violation is required to attend
