Is so, describe the situation and how it made you feel. If not, have you ever done this to another person, even if initially without intention, or seen it happen to someone else? Describe the situation. • Have you ever been blamed for something that you did not do or blame another person for something that they did not do? Describe or explain the situation and how you felt about it.

Key Terms and definitions • Stereotype: assumption or label placed on an individual based off of their connection to a particular group • Scapegoat: someone blamed for something that they didn’t do • Prejudice: thoughts or feelings (often negative) about an entire group based off of unfounded assumptions • Discrimination: excluding or abusing someone/a group based off of prejudices • Bystander: someone who is present but does not participate (generally applies to watching a wrong-doing)
