  2. Safe, Healthy, Welcoming Schools • Planning and coordination have begun for securing elementary building entrances this spring. • Minnesota Student Survey of students in grades 5,8,9,11.

  3. Increase Opportunity and Achievement • Visited STEP High School (Secondary Technical Education Program) See handout in the Anoka Hennepin School District.

  4. Effective and Efficient Operations • Tim Clock Plus will be starting March 11th for cooks and custodians

  5. Legislative • SF 356 has been introduced- allows districts to renew expiring levies with the vote of a school board. • All Day K funding would increase from .62 Per Pupil Unit to .70.
