  2. VRAAGSTELLING • Wat zijn de totale kosten van de pilot? • Uit welke onderdelen is het bedrag opgebouwd (“kostprijs arrangementen”)? • Is extrapolatie naar alle scholen van het swv mogelijk? • Welke conclusies kunnen worden getrokken? • Zijn er aanbevelingen voor de toekomst?

  3. KENGETALLEN(1) • AANTAL SCHOLEN: 20 ( = 10% van het totaal aantal scholen) • AANTAL LEERLINGEN: 5.000 (= 20% van het totaal aantal leerlingen) • AANTAL DOSSIERS: 220 ( = 4,4% van het aantal “PILOT-LEERLINGEN”

  4. KENGETALLEN(2) • Aantal interventies: 278 • Aantal medewerkers: 33 • Totaal aantal uren: 3.653 • Gemiddeld aantal uren per interventie: 16,9

  6. ENKELE OPBRENGSTEN • Psychologisch onderzoek gem. 14,4 uur • Ambulante begeleiding gem. 13,6 uur • Onderwijs-jeugdhulp arrangementen gem. 29,5 uur • Sterke toename van dossiers met meerdere interventies • Psychologisch onderzoek en ambulante begeleiding meest dominante interventie

EXTRAPOLATIE Conclusie: PILOT- werkwijze is goed betaalbaar voor gehele swv Aanbeveling: • Zet monitoring voort (wat + hoe) • Breng resultaten kwantitatieve monitoring zoveel mogelijk in verband met opbrengsten kwalitatieve evaluatie • Werk toe naar vooraf vastgestelde budgetten voor arrangementen
