History • August 5th, 2008: RTF adopted the PTCS Ducts Inside Specifications • January 20th, 2008: Energy Star New Homes Technical Review Committee took issue with the specifications • Too onerous to require all the ducts inside • However, if all ducts are not inside, is an in-progress inspection adequate, or should a test be required?
