  1. Best Practices Changing up my call times and days. Sometimes, I like to call in the mornings on certain days and others I will call later in the afternoons and evening. Also, I will try different days I have also found it beneficial to call and email on the weekends. Also, sending a text message after a call if I don’t get an answer. Attending Local ESGR committee meetings around the State has helped me develop new useful employer partners. Other events that I have attended with ESGR include Boss lifts, Breakfast with the Boss, and APAC. www.jcep.info
